I had never invested in real estate. However, the way he projected he could train, it seemed easy.
I took out time to do some research and thought of contacting him. He was a real charm and his intelligence was oblivious through the video. I think those are the qualities also needed to fool someone and that someone was me.
After watching his much convincing video, I ordered some video CDs, though I did not order any course. I wanted to see what they had to offer and thought that the CDs would be cheap and better way to know how their idea works.
So, I ordered the CDs through their website. Some, Johnny Gutierrez called me after a day I ordered those CDs. He claimed to be the director of KentÕs company and convince me of the results. I was too desperate to see through their lies. I told him about the financial crisis I was going through which made me a great opportunity for them.
He kept calling me until I accepted his offer. To be honest, he did not have to make much of an effort. I was an easy target. He made me invest $15000 for a course that says it could help establish own business. At that time, nothing seemed a better deal to me. Without giving it a second thought, I ordered the course.
I was excited to learn and was looking forward to some detailed information on wholesaling. I started those classes and was disappointed to know that their material was nothing special. Anyone can find those details on internet by searching minimum capital investment. I tried to approach the trainers but to my surprise they were also too lousy to respond. They were there to make money and had no intentions of sharing the right information.
The way they advertised, it sounded too good to be true. I should have raised the alarm that time itself. But, their luring was beyond my innocence and restraints. I was among those victims who can raise alarm but would have to wait until someone comes.
As per my understanding, wholesaling is only a tool to rob poor and divide it among the riches. I wish I would have found out the same before. I want to warn you guys out there, if you at all interested in investing for something that does not work. My home telephone or private mobile numbers were never published or listed online. Most importantly, all these phone numbers were on Do-No-Call for last five to eight years.
Once the sale of my home was suspended from that list on MLS, on all of my numbers, I started to receive solicitation from different realtors. They pitched about their services during those calls. I decided to ask from these realtors in order to know from where they used to operate and got my private numbers. All of them have mentioned that they got those numbers from Vulcan 7. It was a paid-for service used by most of the realtors.
Now the question is raised that how Vulcan 7 got my private numbers which were listed under DoNotCall or Unpublished category? And what sort of right they obtain to provide such numbers or private info to third parties? I strongly feel that my privacy is compromised and I feel very outraged due to such situation which was created by Vulcan 7.
I think that their privacy policy is a big joke, as they have dishonored DNC lists. I have not even called them for a single time. So, getting my private number is impossible for them. When I called them to file a complaint I have also used *67 so that my number will not appear on their called ID. I have tried to reach for a human voice but every time the voicemail answered me. This is a big surprise. IsnÕt It?

However, we never share such information until and unless it is needed to be done as per the law. Such information may be aggregated to improve our services or to analyze the trends.

But that was not at all the truth. He is a con artist who can very well convince people to trust him. However, his intention was never to help.
I was very much happy with my house that I bought a year ago. My family and I never thought that we would have to sell our house because we were not able to pay our bank debts. We went through a financial crunch and we had to take this big decision that everyone was ignoring from a month.
Pete Ice Team checked the house and told us that he would do the assessment of the house and would come forward with the entire data in few days. He said that his professionals at Edina Realty are great at comparing market values. We were novice and didnÕt know what to expect which he was able to grasp in the first meeting itself.
We bought this house from a builder and never had to contact a realtor. So, it was our first experience. He convinced us to leave the house and check in a hotel until he finds a place to stay. He also asked to hand over the duplicate keys to him so that he could make visits incase someone would be interested in buying the house.
It sounded fair and we left the house within 3 days of our meeting. I signed the agreement with him which had general clauses but nothing was mentioned about the house sale thing. I enquired and he told me that the agreement was to ensure that we do not talk to any other real estate agent and soon he would be presenting the terms for sale of the house.
It was a month and he did not arrange any place for us. The hotel charges were giving us pain and we moved in to our sisterÕs place for couple of days. He promised to get a place in a week. So, my sister asked me to stay with her.
After a week, we never got any answer about a house on rent. I called him and he ignored my call. He never gave any analysis report of the house and its total cost. He kept us deviating from the topic for a month. So, I decided to cancel the agreement with him. While signing the agreement, we had paid him $2000 which was non-refundable.
So, I knew that he wonÕt return it. But, I had to sell my house and I needed another agent. So, I took that decision to cancel the agreement. When I reached his office, he made me wait for 2 hours. When I asked him about cancelling the agreement, he started scolding me. He told me that he had worked a lot for the house and had got few interested buyers as well which I knew wasnÕt true.
When he saw me not changing my mind, he asked me to pay him $1500 as the cancellation charge. It was there in the agreement which I never noticed. So, this was his plan. The website visitor wrote: I and my entire family were involved in researching for the budget house in Mumbai which you all know can be tricky. We were planning to buy a house from 2011 and were not able to come to a common decision. However, in April 2013, we liked the 1 BHK flat in Karrm Residency Shahapur. It offered great amenities and the price was also reasonable.
At first it was unbelievable. But the managers at the site convinced us of the prospects and the future investment gains. They promised that they would be giving us the possession before December 2014. We believed them and paid more than 90% of the flat amount with interest added.
We took loan to pay the builder and our EMI started. We were convinced that after December 2014, we will shift and would get a bit of relief from EMI and rent together. However, our plans were put on flame and we were informed that the possession will not be possible before December 2015.
They said that they have got the grace period to complete their construction and we cannot point out their mistake. We kept on visiting the site and never saw people working there.
We felt that they have stopped their construction work at Karrm Infrastructure and confronted them. But, they kept giving us imaginary dates. Their reasons for delay were unrealistic and never convinced us to believe them. But, we have our money at stake and we need to take the right decision.
We also tried to cancel our booking with them. To that they completely disagreed to pay the bank interests. They said that we will lose our bank interest. Meanwhile, we kept arguing about the site completion which they are also not sure now.
Maybe they are done giving us phoney dates. They are frauds and should be behind bars. There has been news about IT raids and many such negative feedback on the websites. I do not know what to believe and what not to.
What I know is that, till now there is no development in their construction work till date and I am scared about losing my money and flat.
They are not able to make booking for the remaining flats after they got into controversies. They had to change their name from Ekkta Group to Karrm Infrastructure as it conflicts with the name of a reputed builder, Ekta Group. It has been in news that they were charged under defaming the group name and that is why court ordered them to change their name.
We are still in dilemma as there is no progress till date. After lot of requests and pressure, they have agreed to refund the entire amount with interest after possession. This also seem sarcastic as there is no sign of construction. So, how can the question of possession be considered as per the present scenario.

I remember complaining my friends and few people I know, about the ways these real estate dealers take you for granted. But, failed to recognize myself. I was too busy dealing with the paperwork and rebuttals from bank and wanted this liability to be off my checklist.
Kevin Cannon Realty Resolution Management promised me that he will help get rid of my liability and would get the best deal from bank that never happened. He, instead of helping me, made me believe that my property was on sale and put it on rent. He was the one earning from the rent.
So, he took money from me for consultation and let the house be there on my name itself. At the same time, earning money from the rent amount.
How can you get to know people with such heinous intentions? You can look the internet or will trust mouth to mouth words. In either case, you are trusting someone else. I believe instincts are the better option. Atleast, you are depending on yourself.
The way he proposed me the entire plan, it seemed too good to be true. But, I was blindfolded by the fear of losing everything at hand. And I let him choose my decisions of my house. He never intended to help though.
I sensed something was wrong and tried to contact him to clarify things. But, these scammers never turn up when you start questioning their integrity. How can they? They never have the answer.
He kept me ignoring and by the time I would have done something, the bank foreclosed my property. The property which could have at least got me 50 percent of the money was gone for nothing. I was devastated and till now have not got any solution for this problem.
I paid him huge to get things right but he not only ditched me but tried to make most of that property and my vulnerability.
