Retinolla Reviews, Greenville, SC

This is a complaintsbureau.org complaint or review of Retinolla Reviews located in Greenville, SC. The website visitor wrote: I saw an advertisement of Retinolla cream on Facebook for 2 full samples of this cream. These were free but you simply needed to pay the shipping cost.
Although I did think it was somewhat odd, still I decided that if it was no good I would just lose the price of shipping cost. Then I received the items a some weeks later. It was really that long that I had forgotten about it.
The creams were good but not extra-ordinary. Anyone can imagine my surprise when just after 2 weeks later I got 2 more jars without even ordering them.
I contacted the company promptly by email and told them I didnÕt order any creams. They said they couldnÕt cancel as it was an automated ordering system. ÒAutomated ordering systemÓ what is it even? Then I told them that if they sent any other I would be keep them but will not pay for them and if I wanted one I would place an order myself.
It was right after then, that I checked my bank account and found that they had taken £83 out.
Without delay I emailed them once again and told them I wanted to return them and have my money refunded.
They told me that I could return them at my expense and when they get clearance from their warehouse they would refund my money. So I returned them at my expense.
I got an email some weeks later saying that sadly the box had been opened and because of that they were unable to refund the money. Well, obviously I had opened the box to see what was inside. But I did not open the jars.
They still refused this issue of a full refund although they are now offering a partial refund as long as I donÕt pursue them for the rest of the money and I donÕt inform my bank.
Is there anything that can be done? I did accept the partial refund as I thought it was better than having nothing. But since then I was advised that I should have stuck to my wit and demand they refund all my money.; I saw an advertisement of Retinolla cream on Facebook for 2 full samples of this cream. Intellux Supplements Reviews, Las Vegas, NV

This is a complaintsbureau.org complaint or review of Intellux Supplements Reviews located in Las Vegas, NV. The website visitor wrote: I am a kind of person who rarely believes in these IQ pills and Intellux claims itself to be the future. I was rarely interested in paying for something I do not trust. Somehow, I was going through their advertisement and I happened to click their offer link. That link offered one bottle free on the purchase of two. I never wanted any of those bottles.
Surprisingly there was no confirmation for the same and my order was placed. They deducted the price for five bottles and I was charged $150. I was stunned and I lost patience.
This is how they are making money. I deem that these advertisements try to fool people by playing with their hopes. And even if it is true, it shouldnÕt be taken as per my perspective. Who knows what it can cost for making your brain function 100%.
Anyway, after a lot of effort and rolling from one number to another, I was finally able to reach the right person in charge while searching for their customer service number. I was transferred from one department to another so that I could cancel my order. They have not given any option to do that online.
I feel that is because they want more people to accidently click their links and become their guest which was unacceptable for me.
When I reached the right person, I asked him to cancel the order and told him about the accident. Whenever, I got connected to a person from Intellux customer center, they tried to convince me for not cancelling the order. And this last person also did the same.
This was the limit of my patience. Can you imagine how it feels when someone tries to convince you for something you do not need at all? I am sure you do. I was fuming and asked him to cancel the order and refund the entire amount.
That guy assured me that he will be initiating the cancellation request from his end and once that would be approved, my money will be returned in a weekÕs time. I mean, are you kidding me? I need approval?
But he told me that was the procedure and he couldnÕt help me about it. Before hanging up, he again quoted, ÒIncase you change your mind, you can call this number to continue with the order.Ó
The experience with Intellux did not end here. I waited for 10 days but did not get my refund. I again went through the same painful process of calls and transfers. This time the last guy I talked to, seemed understanding my issue.
He checked the data and files in his computer or whatever they use. He told me that the request was never generated and no call log was made. I got furious and though it was not his mistake, couldnÕt stop screaming.
He said my package will be arriving tomorrow but I should send it back. That way the cancellation will be confirmed from my end and the amount will be refunded with 10% deduction.
I had no choice but to lose that 10% instead of $150. I did as he told me and it took one more weeksÕ time to get my money back. I will never recommend anyone to use these pills and especially after this horrific experience.; I am a kind of person who rarely believes in these IQ pills and Intellux claims itself to be the future. Pinnacle Medical Resources, Miami, FL

This is a complaintsbureau.org complaint or review of Pinnacle Medical Resources located in Miami, FL. The website visitor wrote: I was ensured about my home care medical business (non-medical) when I met Angel Morera of Pinnacle Medical Resources. Not only ensured, but also promised few things that were seemingly deceptive, just as ÒAngelÓ in the name Angel Morera.
He told me how this is going to profit me, how I will need a fulltime assistant just to handle phone calls of my clients. Some other promises included: There would be a person who would do the field work for me and take care of the assessments our clients would be in need of! And for every client assessment they would charge $125. As, the assessment wouldnÕt take more than 20 minutes, the person could do as many as 100Õs assessment per day.
Such enormous profits were promised to me by this devil named Angel Morera. Before you start thinking about something else, I would like to inform you that the list of promises is not over yet! There is one more to be added, which is probably a major one: According to him anyone who takes that workmanÕs comp insurance from him, which was worth $1500; would receive payment i.e. $36 per hour, for sending Home Health Aide and a $52 per hour for flashed paperwork with those numbers.
This figures that seem so lucrative for anybody to fall for the trap, were in actual all fake. When the actual contract came, the rate was only $16 i.e. half of what he promised me to be. Now when I tried to contact the devil, Angel Morera, all I got was his voicemail. No one answered my emails.
Getting fooled by an advertisement is better, at least you know from inside that the product that you are buying can be a little above or below the promised levels. But, when you have all the commitments by a specific person, in-person; and still he/she is unable to fulfill those commitments, that straightaway denotes one simple thing i.e. THE PERSON IS A LIAR. THE COMPANY HE REPRESENTS MAKES FAKE COMMITMENTS FOR MONEY. That is exactly what happened with Angel Morera from his Pinnacle Medical Resource. They make fake commitments and take your money away.
I lost $3000 to them. I hope no one falls for their trap, anyways their commitments are crap. Please do not let your money collapse, stay away from Pinnacle and their sales reps. Otherwise you will regret your own decision and they are sure to make an incision! Adaptive Environments Michigan Reviews, Sterling Heights, MI

This is a complaintsbureau.org complaint or review of Adaptive Environments Michigan Reviews located in Sterling Heights, MI. The website visitor wrote: IÕm a quadriplegic veteran, and we have an Inclined Platform Wheelchair Lift by Butler with the goal that I can get upstairs from my basement bedroom.
We had several problems with this lift system in the last year that include safety switch glitches, brake malfunctions, solenoid glitches, brake malfunctions, frightening metal sounds, and other problems. And sometimes it caused lift to stop working or breakdown while IÕm on it.
The recent life-threatening scare occurred when I got onto the platform while upstairs, and it began to free fall. Thank god for my mother who was there to quickly press the up button, I would have tripped over in my chair down the stairs.
This incident occurred because of a technician not properly setting a cable connected to the brake system. The same incident then occurred again with exception that it began to free fall while I was on it towards the top of the stairs.
Adaptive Environments has sent many different service technicians out to identify the issues many times over the gone year.
Several times they were unable resolve an issue properly. They just blindly replaced parts that were not even a part of the problem and on top that they charged me with their $120 an hour service fee.
We had many technicians in our home. Only one of them, the service technician seemed to know what they were doing and fully understood the equipment.
The reason behind why IÕm reaching out with this complaint is to bring attention of this company to their incompetence.
The second time the lift began to free fall; they sent a service technician again who had seized the motor. He said that there was nothing that he could do and left without giving us any document, paperwork or notice or even advice about what should we do.
After a week, I did not hear anything from the company, so we called and they said they would call us back very soon.
ItÕs been three weeks, and they still have not called. We feel that they are disingenuous, completely unprofessional and unimaginably insincere to not try to fix their wrong doing.
More imperatively, it is a serious liability. And I have been stuck here for three weeks!
On top of everything, my mother recently went through hip surgery. It is a struggle for her to get up and down the stairs to help me and bring down meals.
We reached out to the VA to see if they can help, and they have been greatly helpful. They have even contacted Adaptive Environments to express their worry.
We are attempting to get approved for a grant to replace the stair lift with another company. Other than that, we wanted to bring the incompetence of this company to light. People need to know before contacting Adaptive Environments. We would value any kind of help to get our voice heard.
Edit: After almost four weeks, I called once more, and the proprietor finally called me back. He was extremely rude to me and denied that the technician had seized the motor while working on it and tried to the blame us for it. Rather than starting the conversation politely to discuss solution, he immediately got protective. He said the motor burnt up because of the fact that itÕs old. WRONG! The motor was replaced almost four years ago. He said he will not fix the issue unless we pay for a new motor and pay the $120 hr service fee to replace it.; IÕm a quadriplegic veteran, and we have an Inclined Platform Wheelchair Lift by Butler with the goal that I can get upstairs from my basement bedroom.
