divinityimports.com – Fraud Alert!! – Fraud Alert!! Avinash Dandiya of Divinity Imports (new company name could be Divinity Inc.) is a serious scammer. He is from Jaipur, India. He has done many frauds in his life when it comes to jewelry. Not only does he owe money to people but he has scammed a lot of innocent people out of money and uses trickery and intimidation to do what he does. His most recent scam was in India when he sold his property twice to 2 different people. And right after that he ran away to US. There has been a court case issued against him and police is on the lookout for him. This man talks as if he is could be your best friend but be very careful of him as he is just weighing you out if you are eligible in his ‘criteria’ for being intimidated or scammed. His wife Meghna Dandiya is an equal fraud and supports him in everything he does. All his doors seems to be getting closed, so he is a very desperate man and he will possibly do everything to make some serious cash anyway he can. I wouldn’t trust this man in any situation. I am not sure if he has done some serious crime who nobody knows about. But be very careful of this man as he will play games with you just to get all your cash.

daysjewelers.com – Deceptive Business Practices – Was told the interest rate would be 1.9% if we purchased a diamond ring. When I recieved the first bill, the rate was 19.8%. I called and they said a mistake must have been made and they offered me 0 % for a year. So I went down the next day as agreed and then they said they couldn’t give me that deal! Next, they said after I paid the ring off they would give me some money back. I refused that offer! All I want is what they offered in the begining 1.9% not 19.8%! When searching for my engagement ring the low rate was the decideing factor in making my purchase there. I believe it was misleading in offering me such a low rate then giveing me a much higher one.

Anthony’s Clocks, Inc.

Anthony’s Clocks, Inc. – I want the watch they broke replaced or paid for – I took a box of watches that were passed down to me from my late great grandmother,I asked they not take them apart and they did anyways and broke it. last week I called Anthonys clocks to see if they could tell me something about the antique watches that were passed down to me, they said of course bring them in. as soon as I walked in the door they were very rude and threw my watches around saying “3 dollars for this one 5 dollars for this one” I stressed to the owners that i was not there to sell them just to see what i had. they never an ward any of my questions just argued with me and my husband. the older *** man who works there started yelling at us calling us liars, although i still have no idea what we were lying about. My husband and I asked they not take the watches apart, they did anyways and now a 300 dollar watch is broken completely. I called them several times since our visit and they are the rudest people i have ever met. to make this worse for them, we took all the watches to and they told us we had $5000 in watches easy. I want the watch they broke replaced or paid for.

American Mint

American Mint – I just want this bill corrected to show that I do not owe American Mint any money and I want the threat of damage to my credit removed. – I ordered a few products from American Mint and paid for them. Sometime in June I received a coin that I did not order and returned it to American Mint. By the time, the coin had been returned they sent another coin on 7/31/13. Again, I returned this coin. I was told by their representative that they had received the first coin. However, they are now saying I owe for the second coin and have sent me a notification that this will go to collections in 20 days. I have spoken to them twice on the phone and sent three notifications that I did not order the coin and will not pay for it. Last night, I spoke with a representative that told me they would have to sent me a claim notification in two weeks. However, their is no indication that they are stopping the collection notice. I have good credit and do not want it destroyed by them. I feel I should not have to wait 2 weeks for this form to resolve this matter. Please advise. I just want this bill corrected to show that I do not owe American Mint any money and I want the threat of damage to my credit removed.
