United Airlines – Delayed Service – I took UA4284 from Raleigh to Chicago on Wed. April 10 2013 on 1:12pm. Due to the thunder rain in Chicago airport. My flight was delayed to 6:00 pm. This is understandable. But when we took the flight on 6:00 pm and taxed to the run way. The captain told us we can’t take off in last minute. Then we came back and deboard. Then I was rescheduled to another flight. It was around 8:00 pm. Then I boarded and taxed to the runway. Another captain told us the same word in last minute. The same deboarding and boarding. Back and forth three times. Finally we took off but get Chicago around 1:00 am in April 11. I was asking for a hotel. But there were a huge line for hotel and rebooking. I have to stay at airport for one night and rescheduled to a flight to SBN. But the flight they gave me is April 11th 11:00 pm. Then I took that flight and got my home in 2:00 am April 12. It took me nearly two days to get home. That’s true.This is due to the weather issue. But the organization is so terrible. You should not ask the customers board and deboard many times. You should provide a hotel to let us to take a rest. You should provide other transportation to let me get home easily.

I went to cancel at the airport on 27-oct, more than 24 hours before the flight timings, the air-india incharge at the airport counter said he will cancel, but, i should again confirm with e-commerce or unity building bangalore, as otherwise they might cancel the whole ticket, the return of 3-oct too. i again went to the counter on 3-oct after her return but he said the system does not show old details there etc. I want the refund for AI640 BLR TO BOM Ticket no 0982107649704 Reference AIBE9624343 for 28-sep as i have already cancelled on 3.10.13. You may credit to the same account of usha s chugh as it was card payment. Annexing the scanned copy of the tickets. Please do the needful and reply urgently. Allegiant Air – Unstated Charges – I have a flight that I booked online on May 7th for Fri Sept 20th-22nd but the dates are incorrect the correct dates should have been Sept 27th- 29th!!!! When I realized this on Friday Sept 14th I attempted to contact the airlines customer service department and was unsuccessful. So I again tried on Sat via service request on their website as well as called their inbound customer service center and after being on hold for 32min not only did the young man tell me that there would be a fee of $200 to change the flight or a $200 fee to cancel the flight he refused to transfer me to someone else and hung up in my face. Since I have emailed ***** ***** at *****@allegiantair.com and have not received a response, I have called and been left on hold for an excess of 30 min and I have faxed the complaint to ***** ***** at XXXXXXXXXX and no one has gotten back to me.


singaporeair.com – Illegal credit card charges – I am a frequent traveler and KrisFlyer Gold member for 4 years. I recently purchased flights to the USA through Singapore Airlines. I was charged 3 times the amount of my tickets, in 3 separate transactions, in 3 different currencies. My credit card had been put on credit hold due to excessive charges and Singapore Airlines will not help resolve the situation. I have called Singapore Airlines no less than 2 times every day to try to get this rectified. It is now 10 days after the original purchase was made and Singapore Airlines has yet to refund my money. I have incurred significant finance fees, risk losing my credit card and my personal credit rating will be damaged.
